What a weekend ahead of us...
T-man just left, he's helping with the tear-off of my aunt's roof. Connie and Marshall came up last night, because Marshall is heading up the project. They are hoping to get the roof off today and have it completely re-roofed by noonish tomorrow. Good plan, since it's suppose to rain later in the day tomorrow.
We have a wedding down south of here on tomorrow. It's a garden wedding... I watched the weather report this morning. Oh, I hope it's a tented garden wedding.
I'm getting rebates filled out and doing some shopping today. I managed to get to the market just before they closed last night, so that part of my shopping is out of the way. I love going to the market... all those pretty displays of fruit, vegies, and flowers...
Oh and speaking of market, our local Top Foods store had a grand re-opening this last month. I finally made an effort to stop and check it out. It is really big. I probably won't shop there, because it is so big. I prefer shopping in a cozier environment, one where everyone knows my name. However, I'm in love with the fruit and vegie section. It's gorgeous! I had one of those moments where I wanted to run around to each display with my arms out, fingers all fanned out, mouth in a wide awwww, with a look of wide eyed amazement... but I found my composure before I completely made a fool of myself. I still have some dignity. I can shop there later and nobody will be giggling and pointing my direction. I admit it...  I'm attracted to beautiful displays of fruits and vegies LOL I know... it's odd.
So anyway, Lenora's baby is due any day! We dropped in the other night, and took Bro. David, and Sis. Pam out for coffee. It's like a huge pajama party over there... I'm tellling ya, that's what it looks like LOL They've been hanging out at Lisa's some. Scrapbooking, quilting, crafting... etc.. it just looks like a good time.
Am I ready for the weekend ahead? That would be a big No, I don't think so. But I'm looking forward to it! It's going to be a good one...

Wow! Sounds busy! I tagged you for the name tag. I don't know if you've already been tagged, I didn't bother to check. You can look at my blog to see what the tag is all about. Your middle name. Anyway, hope the roof is put back on in time. If it rains when it's not done, that could be quite the catastrophe! Hope you enjoy the wedding.
Well, let me see, the guys finished the roof, and aside from it keeping the house cozy and dry, it looks great too! Thanks for the tag... I'll get around to posting that later. The wedding I went to was absolutely gorgeous.... I heard the other one was really pretty too.
