A few basics of saving money in the kitchen. When purchasing new kitchen equipment, cheap isn't always a money saver. Buy the best quality you can afford at the time of the purchase.
For example, those cheap throw away plastic containers are fairly inexpensive to purchase, but they only last for a few uses. If you are going to put out the money for plastic to store leftovers in, buy a good brand. Tupperware is the best on the market. Tupperware continues to offer a lifetime replacement warranty. It's simple. If it breaks, chips, peels, it is replaced for free. Not only are you going to save yourself money over the lifetime of the product, you are saving a bunch of cheap plastic containers from our over filled landfills.
I'm no longer a Tupperware dealer, and I'm not even having a Tupperware party. Come to think of it, I don't know any Tupperware dealers anymore. However, I love this stuff! I use to be a top selling dealer. *WOW* it seems like a lifetime ago! Anyway, I have a lot of the stuff I purchased 30 years ago. Good stuff! Great warranty! In the long run, purchasing quality kitchen products will save you money.
