Not Complaining... Maybe A Little Whinning Involved

Well, what a day! I didn't get soooo much stuff done! I don't know when I'm going to get it all done. UGH. I feel like I'm a woman without a plan. I have not given out, or mailed one of my Christmas cards. I didn't get Brandon's stocking stuffers shippped. I didn't get Taylor's graduation stuff ordered. I did manage to spend every single penny of my grocery money for the week... and I will need bread, milk, and no doubt some other essentials before payday. Not complaining... at least we have money to spend and a job so there is a payday in our future.

It's suppose to snow tonight or tomorrow. I'm hoping for a few inches. I mean, if I'm going to be stuck at home due to snow on the hill, it might as well be a good snow storm. If the storm rolls in, like the weathermen predicted, I'll probably be out of power, so I stocked up on a few essentials to get us through.

So what is on my to-do list for the next couple of days? I'll continue packing and un-packing. Oh yeah. We are staying here a couple more months, so all my packed up dishes and pans are coming out of the neatly packed boxes. My china... well. That's another story. This year we are eating on the finest of Chinet.... with *gasp* paper napkins. Sorry kids.

Hopefully my new cook top will be installed sometime within the next two months. I've had it for over a week. I was so excited to actually have a working stove in the kitchen. The thrill of it all has passed me by. After months without a stove, I'm learning to get by with an oven and an electric skillet... it's amazing how useful that small appliance is. Thank God for the little things.

Well... I think I'm whinning big time. Time to get off here and go do something productive. Maybe I'll work on that plan, so next time I post, I will feel like a woman with a plan.

Get that plan and make another post! It's always good to have a positive post as your last one, so that you feel more encouraged. If you get on and see your post on a day when you're not feeling the best, a post for letting out your feelings isn't the best to see. I know from experience! LOL. I thought you were going to post pictures on your pictures blog...
