Pictures of Baptizings We are Rejoicing!

We are rejoicing here in our assembly today!

Several days ago during the work day, Kevin received a text message from Drew. It said he was feeling the spirit really strong. We have been praying about it, and Kevin talked to Drew about how he'd know without a shadow of a doubt when it was time to be baptized.

Thursday of this last week Kevin and I both felt like Drew would go to Brother David to give his hand in baptism. Of course, we didn't mention that to Drew. God's timing is everything. Bro. David and Sis Pam couldn't be here when Lisa had the baby... If they had been here, they would already be back home. They were here this weekend, and that gave Drew the opportunity to go to David, as we felt he would.

Drew gave his hand last night. So we all met up at the church for the baptism. Lisa and baby girl came out too. It was baby girl's first outing.

Drew was baptized and they had done the laying on of the hands, when Mike stepped forward and asked Bro. Merl to baptize him. I tell ya, there wasn't a dry eye in the house....

I feel so very blessed...

Five of my six children have been drawn into the faith, and are living the faith. I truly have so much to be thankful for. We are waiting and praying for Brandon...

Ahhh that is so great! What beautiful blessings. It is also so neat when you are shown things before they happen, it increases our faith so much. Congratulations!

How wonderful! We just had a few baptized here too. What a wonderful lift to the whole assembly as you said. I am so happy for your family and assembly.

Oh, that is just so wonderful! I will try to remember to pray for Brandon, too. I can hardly wait until it is my turn, but until then, I am so joyful over everybody else who is being called and obeying the still small voice.
