What a day! I was planning on staying home most of the day, but my mom called and asked if I wanted to go to lunch with my aunts. Sure! I'm always up for lunch with my aunts.
T-man and I stopped by my aunts house and picked her up, then we went to town for what was suppose to be just a few minutes.
As I dropped down over the hill I instantly had a sad realization. Oh No! Say it isn't so! Aw... but it is. It's the end of summer... our fair is in full swing! Oh wow, the traffic... oh the joys of it all.
Okay, so the traffic alone made this quick trip into town a little more than a few minutes. We used the back roads to get out of dodge and headed out to my other aunts. They are having new water lines put in, so she had to walk out her long driveway to meet us.
When we met up at the buffet restaurant, Sis. Cindy, Lenora... (still waiting on baby), and Ciera were there. I think there were 11 of us total. I ate waaaaay too much. But it was fun to sit around and visit with everyone.
I made it home before Drew got off work. The boys left for Oregon as soon as Drew was showered. Brandon and the girls were already on the road a couple hours before Drew and T-man.
Kevin and I left the house shortly after the boys. We headed over to Aaron & Lisa's. What fun! Angie (Lisa's mom) and Floyd are here! There was a ton of really good food... again... I ate waaaaaay too much! BBQ steaks. Mmmm. What can I say. Oh and I'll have to share a yummmmmmmy recipe for the cauliflower dish Angie fixed.
Baby boy is sooooo cute... he's got a little toy with wheels and he's walking behind it! OHmygosh! He's too little to be doing these things. But obviously, he's not too little to be doing these things.
It was a great night... good food and great company! Life doesn't get much better...
