It's a Jungle Out There

In my own back yard! All that sunshine mixed in with all those rain showers this spring and all of a sudden my forest under brush is creeping into the lawn. Not just a little bit of under brush. It looks like dense rainforest here on the hill. It seems to have happened all at once too. Maybe it just wasn't as noticible before everything leafed out.

I haven't seen the deer at all this year. I'm curious where they went but I think that might have something to do with the massive amount of over growth. I wonder if they actually eat that much. Hmmm. Maybe it is time to rent a couple goats.
